Boy, 13 months came up on me quickly. Emerson didn't feel well over the weekend so I completely forgot to post pictures...I guess a few days late are better than never. And yes, she is feeling better.
Now that Emerson has mastered walking, she has decided that she should run everywhere, and she loves to be chased around the house. She gets tickled when she thinks Mo is going to "get her," but really Mo has no desire to "get her." Mo has stepped up the playing by running after her stuffed toys every night, and she does allow Emerson to participate in the fun.
It's difficult to take pictures of Em while she is in this running/exploring stage, because she won't stop long enough for a picture. I promise I will keep trying to take pictures to post but you may be seeing a lot of the back of her head...thankfully, she is getting some hair.

What a little doll. It makes me tired just thinking about doing all that chasing after her, though. I know it's just around the corner for me, too!
