We have been spending a lot of time playing in water this summer since it has been extremely hot. On the weekends, we have been spending our time at the community pool, the baby pool on our deck, running through the sprinkler, and watering our flowers. Emerson absolutely loves the water and loves to get drenched. She has a weekly Splash Day at school, and her teacher tells us that Emerson gets wet from head to toe and tries to encourage the other kids to get just as wet.

OK - we definitely need to put Asher & Em together. Asher loves to play in water, but HATES getting his head wet. Maybe Em can encourage him to love to get drenched, too! She's so cute!
