On Sunday, we filled up Emerson's pool and wondered if she would spend a whole 5 minutes in it. She proved us wrong...she spent nearly an hour splashing and playing and cried when she had to get out. She doesn't realize that she has many weekends of warm weather to play in it.
On a cute note...Emerson was trying to reach her flashcards on the kitchen counter tonight...when she realized she couldn't reach them, she said, "Mommy, Emmy can't reach cards." It's just so darn cute to hear her put words together and try to form sentences.

First of all how cute is she in the pool, she looks like she's having a blast!! Second, I love how she refers to herself as Emmy, sorta like George from Seinfeld, "George is getting mad!" (I'm sure Kim gets my reference!) You, Kim and I need a playdate soon!!
Asher and I are DYING for a playdate! Please don't tell me we have to wait for those babies to come out before we have one!
Em is so cute! And wow - her speech is getting so good!
No I can get in the pool and take the babies for a swim I think Em and Asher would totally be down with Aunt Laurie swimming in the baby pool with them!
Too funny, Hunter used to always talk in the 3rd person I loved it. She is adorable and growing up so fast:)
