I've stopped buying Emerson cute hats because she absolutely hates them. They usually result in a crying spell, and I give in and take them off. Grandpa wanted a picture of her in the snowman hat he bought for her, and it has taken awhile to get it. She hates the hat. I got her to stop crying for one second to snap this picture...but as you can see the bottom lip is hanging out! I hope that she outgrows her hatred of hats because I can't wait to buy some floppy sun hats for summer!

Aw, that's too bad because she looks so darn cute in hats. I guess babies aren't sophisticated enough yet to understand the whole needing to sacrifice comfort for beauty thing.
